The automated check-in was convenient. I received an extra fan at no cost, it was a nice touch. The location is PRIME. It allowed me to walk to many places. The staff quickly addressed a minor issue I had.
The window in my room did not seal perfectly, so there was slight street noise.

the shower worked very well , i appreciated that. the room included coffee and tea facilities , this was unexpected. there was plenty of storage space , which helped keep things tidy.
the lighting in some areas was quite dark , especially next to the mirror.

The staff was very helpful, they assisted me with directions. i had a standard double room, it felt cozy. the room had tea and coffee making facilities. Always a nice touch.
The shower doors did not close properly. The bathroom floor got wet. the room was quite small. the noise from the street was noticeable.

The room size was good and I found the bed quite comfy. The location is very close to the railway station. I had easy access to transportation.
One window did not shut properly and this let in street noise. The noise was significant since it faces a busy main road. were loud at all hours. I could hear shouting and banging doors.

I found a tidy room on arrival. The beddings felt clean. All advertised amenities are available.
The shower didn't work properly. The toilet pan had a yellow stain. This is more of a bedsit and is not a hotel room.

i found the room quite unclean. there was a strange odour in the bathroom i think it was sewerage. also the bed felt lumpy it was just two mattresses pushed together. they separated during the night i ended up sleeping on one side. it wasn't a very comfortable experience
